How do I create or join a team?
From the main screen, tap the team icon in the navigation bar. You can create a new team and invite friends with a code, or join an existing team using an invite code shared with you.
When can I submit my predictions?
Predictions can be submitted any time before the race starts. The exact deadline may vary based on your team's settings. You'll see a countdown timer on the predictions screen showing how much time remains.
How is scoring calculated?
You earn points for correctly predicting drivers who finish in the Top 7, with bonus points for exact position matches. Additionally, correctly predicting the first retirement earns extra points. See your detailed score breakdown after each race.
Can I change my predictions after submitting?
Yes! You can update your predictions as many times as you want before the deadline. Only your most recent submission counts.
How do I enable push notifications?
When you first open the app, you'll be asked to allow notifications. If you declined, go to Settings > Race Experts on your iPhone and enable notifications there.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
The app isn't loading race data. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
